I just changed my WordPress.com password (the first time since I got my account) and I noticed an option on the page:
“Surprise me. (Fun mode.)”
From what I have seen in my Googling, something Surprising and Fun happens when you post a blog entry. I will find out what my surprise is after I post this!
If you want a Surprise, check it out. Go to WordPress.com and log in, then go to:
My account/Global Dashboard/Profile/Personal Settings/Personal Options/
and you will see the option for: “Surprise me. (Fun mode.)”
Oh boy, I’m going to get a Surprise!

OK, and so what was the surprise? I’m afraid to go that route… lol.

Hi Ed, From what I can tell, the only surprise I can find is that you can mark your new posts as “Awesome” and that your Stats can be “Humanized”. Research on the web also said that you can sometimes get fireworks when you post a blog, but I use Windows Live Writer. X
